We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. For orders within Sylhet, the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. For orders outside Sylhet, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery charges will be calculated and communicated during the confirmation phase on WhatsApp based on your delivery address.
Once you place an order via WhatsApp, our team will verify product availability and send you a confirmation message along with the final bill (including delivery charges) before processing.
We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted clothing. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Please record an unboxing video to claim any damages or defects.
