Order Confirmation
Once you place an order via WhatsApp or the website, our team verifies product availability and sends you a confirmation message along with the final bill, including delivery charges, before processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted clothing. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Please record an unboxing video to claim any damages or defects.
